Brian Pace
Credentials: Masters Degree in Educational Counseling, and Mental Health Counseling
Length of Service at Red Rock: Brian was involved in the program start up of Red Rock Canyon School in 1999 and has come on full time since 2004 as Executive Director
Prior Professional experience working with adolescents: Brian has been very involved in programs in Southern Utah mostly in program development and consulting. He assisted start of a sex offender program where he directed and developed the program. he started and owned Sunrise Academy and served as the Ex. Director. Brian has also served as a High School Counselor, wrestling and football coach, and has been involved with coaching and consulting with several athletes and clubs in Southern Utah.

Admissions Director
Todd Hockenbury
Length of Service at Red Rock: 10 Years. I was the first employee hired at Red Rock Canyon School
Prior Professional experience working with adolescents: I worked for three years prior at Cinnamon Hills Youth Treatment Center. I also worked in a correctional facility for a year prior to that.
Area of expertise and personal interest: I have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Masters Degree in Addiction Psychology. I am also a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor.
About You: I have 7 children ranging from 18 - 2.
How does Red Rock positively impact our student's success?: We help give the youth a voice. They learn proper coping skills and communication skills in a safe environment where they learn care and concern for the human soul
Marketing Manager
Shaun Habibian
Length of Service at Red Rock: 6 Years
About You: I've been working as the Marketing Manager at Red Rock Canyon School helping facilitate admissions as well as parent support groups in various regions throughout the United States.
About You: I enjoy wrestling and am a proud father of a 1 year old boy.
Human Resource Director
Larry Pilkey
Length of Service at Red Rock: 15 Months
Prior Professional experience working with adolescents: 12 years as coach for basketball, baseball, and soccer. Working with youth for 24 years in religious setting.
Area of expertise and personal interest: 19 years owner of a small company. Human Resource expertise. 11 years USMC Pilot, Administrative Officer, All-marine basketball and softball player.
About You: Played basketball for Cal State Domiasques Hills. Love to sing "Elvis" songs.
How does Red Rock positively impact our student's success?: Changes views and perspectives about themselves and others. We help them to realize they are of value and worth!
Marketing / Admissions
Bobbie Jensen
Prior Professional experience working with adolescents:I have been working with adolescents since 1999, through academic administration, case management, marketing, and admissions. I find great enjoyment working with families in admissions.
Area of expertise and personal interest:I take a personal interest in working with families to find the solutions they need for their child. There are few things as rewarding as seeing a young person overcome difficulties and take control of their path in life.
About You: I am the proud mother of two daughters.
How does Red Rock positively impact our student's success?: Red Rock gives each student the skills and experience it takes for them to find personal success in treatment. One size does not fit all, and we give each student the support they need to find their way.
Administrative Assistant
Jessica Hedgepeth
Length of Service at Red Rock: 1 year
Area of expertise and personal interest:BS English with emphasis in Professional / Technical writing. Freelance writer for St. George Magazine, Spectrum Daily News, and Today in Dixie Magazine. 7 Years administrative experience.
About You: 3 lbs. when I was born, served a mission in Indonesia, love to digital scrapbook and write on my blog.
How does Red Rock positively impact our student's success?: It's a very family-like atmosphere. The owners and administration really get to know the kids and are personally invested in their future. The school goes out of its way to help emotionally, financially, and physically love and support their kids.
Senior Case Manager - Females
Pam Patrick
Length of Service at Red Rock: 9.5 Years
Prior Professional experience working with adolescents: I was the Volunteer Center Coordinator covering Iron, Beaver, & Garfield County.
I was a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) w/5th District Court.
I was also the CASA volunteers Supervisor.
I have a total of 5 years working w/Boys Scouts of America (to include Cub Scouts).
Area of expertise and personal interest: I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management and a minor in Psychology.
I have numbers years as an Activities Coordinator
I have facilitated numerous meetings, training, and/or programs.
My interests are Traveling, cultural anthropology, history, civics, learning new things, cooking, entertaining, music, stain glassing, floral arrangement, & interior designing.
About You: At age 16, I married the love of my life (married now 39 yrs) after dropping out of school. Twenty six years later I graduated Magna Cum Laude (honors) with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Jesuit University - Regis University, Colorado.
How does Red Rock positively impact our student's success?: I think that we are unique in that our Therapy, Academic, & Residential departments work as a team, equal partners in the planning and monitoring of each students treatment plan. The Positive Peer Culture concept works best for the diversity of our student. We positively impact our student’s success because we focus on teaching them skills that we help them be productive adults as them come to deal with their underlining emotional issues.
Case Manager - Males
Roshi Ghane
Length of Service at Red Rock: 7 Years. I started in 2002 as a residential staff and teacher's aid. On march 2004 I began working in case management.
Area of expertise and personal interest: I worked as an office manager in a medical instrument company for 4 years prior to moving to the United States and public relation was the highlight of what I did.
Personal Interests: I enjoy traveling, cycling, and spending time with my husband and daughter.
About You: I received my bachelor degree in English Translation in Iran not knowing that English would become my primary language. THe biggest accomplishment in my life was come to United States and become an American Citizen.
How does Red Rock positively impact our student's success?: It helps them to gain the skills needed to deal positively with the ups and downs in their lives.
